THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY SPENT ON REAL ESTATE IN HAMPDEN COUNTY DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2010 WAS $1,128,597,000.00, A 4.1% INCREASE FROM THE PRIOR YEAR. THE NUMBER OF DOCUMENTS RECORDED WAS 87,317 A 3.4% INCREASE FROM 2009. THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE RECEIVED DURING THE YEAR WAS $13,509,568.32, UP BY 2.1% FROM THE PRIOR YEAR.
