Westfield Satellite Office Closed on Friday, November 23rd

Please be advised that the Westfield Satellite Office will be closed on Friday, November 23rd, as well as closing today at 3:00 pm due to the closing of Westfield City Hall. Our Springfield office, however, will be open for normal business hours on Friday, November 23rd.  Thank you!

Westfield Satellite Office Closing Early

Please be advised that our Westfield Satellite Office will be closing at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 21st due to the early closing of the Westfield City Hall.  Our Springfield office will remain open until 4:30 pm to assist you; however, the recording desk closes at 4:00 pm.  We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Thanksgiving

Our office will be closed this Thursday, November 22nd in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.  On this day of thanks, Register Ashe and the staff at the Hampden County Registry of Deeds would like to wish you and your loved ones a very happy and healthy holiday.



Veteran's Day

In observance of the Veteran's Day holiday, both our Springfield and Westfield offices will be closed on Monday, November 12th.  The staff of the Hampden County Registry of Deeds would like to express their deep appreciation for all of the men and women of the United States military who have sacrificed so that we may live each day in freedom. 

Office Hours Altered Due to Hurricane Sandy

Due to the impending hurricane, our Springfield office will be closing today at 12:00 pm and reopening tomorrow at 12:00 pm. The Westfield satellite office is scheduled to remain open today until 4:00 pm. Should the Westfield City Hall close prior to 4:00 pm, our satellite office will close, as well. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that everyone remains safe as we weather this storm.

Service Interruption

This evening, there will be a brief interruption in service for the Public Search Site from 4:15pm until 5:00pm.  We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. 

Office Closed
